Not sure about the rest of the globe, but the CBD industry has exploded here in the US, with at least 6 variations of which I’m aware on the normal non-psychoactive flower, and all legal. So;
1) is it available in other countries, and
2) what’s your favorite if you’ve tried any?

We are in a silly position here whereupon CBD is legal here but only from an approved source. Problem is that there are no approved sources.

For 12 months or so I’ve been importing it from a US supplier.

The product I’m buying is full spectrum meaning that I get most of the many beneficial factors of the hemp plant with minimal THC.

Benefits for me are crystal clear!

Some reduction in arthritic pain.
Big reduction in anxiety (PTSD)
Better sleep.

I could apply for a medical cannabis licence but it’s a monsterous rort in this country making a few practitioners fabulously rich and I refuse to play that game!

I seriously don’t know what I’d do without it.

We have a similar thing going in California for cannabis (but not CBD). It is legal at the state level but not at the federal level. So a legally opened dispensary can be raided by feds any time, which does happen. Also any apartments that deal with federal funding programs for low income assistance make residents sign waivers that they will not use any cannabis on the property because they need to be federally compliant. Strange huh?

CBD on the other hand did explode. You can buy it at a gas station, or grocery store, or really anywhere. Even pet stores sell CBD for dogs. A lot of farms in my area stopped growing strawberries and switched to low THC hemp plants because they have a much higher profit margin and require substantially less water. It's a no brainer.

I thought I was seeing things when a 50 acre farm 2 miles from my house started smelling like weed and I saw what they were growing. Looked like the field of dreams :wow: I wondered why they had no security and found out the plant doesn't have enough THC to bother smoking. Still smells nice. I think the community complained because they only had it for one season and it hasn't returned since.

As far as CBD, I don't use it but occasionally my wife does. She had some horrible pain from fibroids that nothing really worked on other than opiates. CBD with small amounts of THC made a difference for her. She takes some chocolate or gummy usually.

My wife likes gummies for sleep, and I find them beneficial for relieving the aches I occasionally get. I’ve not tried a tincture, but it would be full spectrum. The CBD flower is a nice relaxing thing, and now there’s variations, including Delta 8, a form of THC but without the psychoactive part of Delta 9, or real dope. It’s has the calming body buzz without giggles. Then there’s Delta 10, CBD bud that’s been treated with something to ramp up the effect, but I don’t like the added chemical thing, and from what I’ve read, you need a chemistry degree and a lack of fear concerning blowing yourself up to create it, so that’s a big nope from me. There are other alphabet soups like THCO, THC♾️, and a couple of others. Of the meddled with, I like HHC, which is Delta 8 with added hydrogen molecules, which according to the reports, allows the cannabinols in the flower to bond better and quicker with the cannabinoid receptors inside us. I’ve seen ads for CBD liquor, but haven’t seen it in the stores yet. I expect it will be quite pricey.
