Disgustingly sunny and cheerful here with a high today of 97F. It should cool off a bit next week with temps in the mid to high 80s.

Time for some Summertime Blues......

I have a conversion app on my phone, and Lanc forgot to put an F after 78, so it’s 78° F, 26° C.

Do'h Cheers Greg. A ballpark conversion from Celsius to Fahrenheit is to double Celsius number & add 30 to get the Fahrenheit number.

It was a scortcher yesterday hitting 26C, I had to put a blanket over one side of the south facing greenhouse roof to shade the plants in there as they were wilting

It was a red letter day when I was in college to spot the first tube top of the warm weather! And 93° (y’all can do the conversion, it’s too damn hot), but the humidity is worse than previous days, so we sat out in what became 111° adding heat index at the market.

I wouldn’t have said warm! I would have said HOT!

However it’s not hot here right now with 3C for our start but clear blue skies promising a lovely winter day of 16C.

We won't see the 90sF again for awhile but we're comfortably parked in the mid 80sF with a few clouds and a nice breeze so it's a great day.

These temps in Centigrade always mess with my head when I see them because I'm conditioned to think only in Fahrenheit so 19C triggers my brain to thinking wow, that damn cold.

Ah well, maybe I should lay off the bong for a bit.
