Apart from the recent IBG series, what year did Epiphone produce a 50's Standard with a thick neck.

Damned memory ...

A nice DW06 plaintop came on the market for a good price, I thought it could be one. I'll remember now ... 2010 ... maybe ...

Was also wondering if the Clownburst is in the poly clear or right on the veneer. If in the finish, it can probably be dulled.

i edited my question.
I don’t know how it is now, but what I saw earlier could differ from the declared one. Sometimes. For example, slim taper D Profil could actually be a medium C. Or so.

Slim Taper D is always feels pretty thin, but they differ from one to the other. There's the Slim C that has more meat to it.
