I am no expert , but I believe the 65 watts .... is the the power supply rating . Nice looking amp .
I wouldn't be surprised if you're right. I've looked for others and looked at pictures online and haven't seen any others mention wattage in that location.

It is substantially louder than my 40w Vox, but they're different animals in a lot of ways.

Fender Champion 20 (modded with 1989 Leeds United scarf) and Marshall DSL1 Head which I run through the Blackstar cab which is loaded with a Celestion Seventy80.
Somewhat counter-intuitively, I use the clean channel of the Marshall with pedals for the drive and use the Fender’s Tweed Delux model with gain at about 50%.
I am strictly a home player only these days so these two offer more than enough power/volume for my needs. In fact, to keep SWMBO happy(ish) I have a passive attenuater in the Marshall’s effects loop which allows me to run the pre-amp just below natural break up while the volume remains manageable in our little terraced house 😁

My updated amp set up .... added a 482 BBE Sonic Maximizer and moved a Hush / Rocktron Noise Reduction Unit to go thru the effects loop of my two Crate Power Blocks

I've always been a little curious about those sonic maximizers. Like, what exactly does that do if you go straight into it and then directly to your amp? Or is it just something to spruce up rack gear?

A BBE does a time / phase alignment, it's too fast for the human ear to perceive.
First the treble frequencies come out then the upper mids, then the lower mids and finally the bass frequencies comes out.
You could hear the difference when you use one

I have one between two multi effects units ( Stomp Sonic pedal ), two pre and post Eq, another in the front input and effects loop of my Effects Processor.
And one more Sonic Maximizer in the effects loop of my power amp.

With my system, you can hear the difference if I by pass any of the BBE units.

That's a really neat rig. Those Crate powerblocks are loud af...
Seriously though, please wear hearing protection!!!! Your rig looks like it's loud enough to project to a small soccer pitch w/o being mic'd...

It's only a 150 watts in stereo at 8 ohms.
I only put it up to full, only if my wife is gone or in a good mood 😌

Recent new amp and cab day. I've had an Albion GS15 6V6 combo for a couple of years which I'm now selling as I wanted to get back to an EL84 sound. I used to have a highly modified Valve Junior which sounded great but I needed bigger, and now I regret selling it. The Albion here is a 2x EL84 rated at 15W. Not widely known about, they were only produced for a couple of years. The guy behind the company was Steve Grindrod, who was a designer for Vox and Marshall for many years and many of their top models. Amazing amps for the money.
